The Red House Retirement Village in Ripon, Yorkshire has now completed and has opened it's doors to it's first residents.
Lightivity's Richard Cameron was involved in the initial lighting design concept and scheme design stages of this beautiful project, collaborating with growing property developer EPGL.
This project has been designed to provide a high quality lifestyle in luxurious apartments and houses, purpose-built for the older generation in their retirement years.
The complex consists of multiple luxury apartments and individual town houses. The 'village' also comes with a large communal lounge, drawing room, library, crafts room, hair & beauty salon, in-house restaurant and gym, all beautifully designed to encourage a friendly, sociable and secure community environment for it's patrons.
