Shoreditch Village is a completed mixed use development located directly off London’s trendy Shoreditch High Street.

 

The stunning new development includes the super cool ten-storey CitizenM hotel, ground floor commercial units and a contemporary seven-storey residential block. The development also sits directly adjacent to the existing London Overground railway viaduct.

Further to Richard’s initial design involvement on the adjacent CitizenM hotel, Lightivity were appointed to provide the new lighting design to the external public realm landscape area and main entrance foyer and internal circulation routes within the new residential block.

As part of the initial design Lightivity also produced design strategies for overlay festive lighting, CCTV security locations (integrated within lighting elements) and music/PA within the landscape area.
