Local Blackfriars is a new gated community development comprising 380 apartments, townhouses and penthouses across two striking towers. These are architecturally blended into a Grade II-listed former public house – the Blackfriars – which has been repurposed as a gateway entrance.

Lightivity were appointed at the initial planning stage to help undertake necessary daylight and sunlight analysis assessments on the proposed development. We also worked closely with the project architect to assist them with their interior spacial layout designs, ensuring that natural lighting was maximised within the residential apartments.
