Lightivity were appointed to develop and design a new external lighting scheme to this new contemporary residential development.

With the new development being located in an area where natural habitat is of high importance, a considered and sensitive lighting scheme had to be developed to minimise any potential night time disruption or light spill to the surrounding environment and residing wildlife.

The scheme uses concealed LED light sources throughout with all fittings being selected for their modern design aesthetic and technical optical performance.

To support the development's planning application, detailed night time lighting analysis of the proposed lighting scheme was undertaken to ensure the overall scheme complied with all recommended design guidance and light pollution requirements.
