We are excited to announce that Unity Place, LOM’s new £150m, 44,000sqm HQ campus for Santander UK, has been shortlisted as 'Office Future Project Of The Year' by the World Architecture Festival.
Lightivity have designed the exterior and interior lighting scheme on this landmark project.
The building will be a hub to connect over ten thousand employees. Through its integrated public space, urban market and retail outlets, it invites the community in and creates a new economic ecosystem in Milton Keynes.
The World Architecture Festival awards take place in December 2021, so until then, we will have our fingers crossed!
